Polleria Argentina

The Problem

Polleria Argentina's site hadn't been touched in years. The menu was hard to find, the photography did nothing for the food, and there was no clear way to book a table — for a restaurant built on what's on the plate, the site undersold it at every turn.

What We Did

We audited the existing site and mapped where visitors dropped off before finding the menu or a way to book. Then we rebuilt around those two things — the menu and the path to a reservation — instead of the generic template structure the old site was built on.

The Solution

A site built around the food: large-format photography, the menu as the first thing a visitor sees, and a booking flow that's actually easy to find instead of buried in a submenu.

Outcome

A site that finally matches the restaurant — the food gets seen, and booking a table takes visitors seconds to figure out, not minutes.
